What do you consider most important when installing a new metal roof?
We have learned after three decades of installing roofs there are many aspects that are particularly important to customers including proper installation of the metal, flashing of chimneys and pipes, proper use of ice and water protector ect as well ensuring the plywood is in good condition. It’s also very important that the yard is cleaned up very thoroughly and that the owners property is respected. Also, we cannot emphasize enough how important proper roof ventilation is, which is an important part of our installation process.
Where do you buy your supplies from?
We purchase our supplies from reputable suppliers such as Erie Materials, ABC Supply, Sunrise Building Supply and Builders First Source. We also buy material from many local lumberyards and hardware stores.
What brands do you install?
The primary manufacturer we install currently is central state, but we install Metal Sales and ABC based on customers needs.
Warranties
We can offer up to 50 year material and labor warranties.

We provide customers with many payment options, including check, credit card, Zelle, Venmo and Cashapp.
